3. Join a Comprehensive 60-Minute Zoom Consultation – after completing the intake form, we’ll review your health history, symptoms, and personal story in depth to start to develop a personalized plan for you. I want to fully understand your unique needs, challenges, and health objectives in detail.

4. Have Continuous Follow Up Sessions: I'll provide personalized guidance to help you make strategic nutrition and lifestyle changes that align with your goals and enhance your well-being. Together, we'll address challenges as they arise and continuously refine your plan to suit your evolving needs

I do not accept insurance directly, but you can pay using an HSA, FSA, or any major credit card. If needed, I can provide a super-bill—a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Since reimbursement policies vary by plan, I recommend checking with your insurer to confirm if they cover out-of-network medical nutrition therapy and what to expect from the process.

You can also a lab panel before our consultation or provide any recent lab results from another provider. If you have any prior functional lab tests (such as GI MAP), please feel free to share them.
