This combo is not only fiber packed, but it’s salty and sweet at the same time. If you’ve never had tahini, it’s a Middle Eastern creamy paste made from ground sesame seeds.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

This is my take on Chocolate Covered Strawberries, but in candy-like form. Instead of covering the entire strawberry in chocolate and making a mess with each bite, this is a way to get a clean bite of chocolate and strawberry, with some health benefits as well.

Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates 

These dates are packed full with nutrients like iron from the maca powder, magnesium from the cacao nibs, protein from the chia seeds and peanut butter, and dietary fiber from the dates.

I want everyone to be able to enjoy the foods they love without having to stress about their gut hurting. All you're going to need is almond milk, rice, rose water, orange blossom water, sugar, and pistachios.
