Simple Strawberry Salad

All you need to make it is strawberries, lime juice, fresh mint, sea salt, and honey. You can make this on the side of eggs and toast in the morning, you can pair it with a fish for lunch, or you can simply enjoy it alone as a delicious high fiber snack.

I’m a dietitian who bought skittles and Hershey’s for the trick or treaters tonight but I’m making you all Date & Apple Chocolate Bark because we’re "adults" now, so it’s frowned upon to eat a bag of chocolate, I guess.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

This is my take on Chocolate Covered Strawberries, but in candy-like form. Instead of covering the entire strawberry in chocolate and making a mess with each bite, this is a way to get a clean bite of chocolate and strawberry, with some health benefits as well.

Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates 

These dates are packed full with nutrients like iron from the maca powder, magnesium from the cacao nibs, protein from the chia seeds and peanut butter, and dietary fiber from the dates.
