Ingredients:
1 box of pasta (I used Eat Banza which is a chickpea pasta)
10 cherry tomatoes or 2 San Marzano tomatoes
Traditionally speaking, Italians use San Marzano tomatoes in their sauce but if you have cherry tomatoes handy, that will do.
Tomato paste
Fresh parsley
5 garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Dried oregano and dried basil
