Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl

Updated: Aug 21, 2024

You couldn't get any easier than this smoothie bowl. You also couldn't a TASTIER one either! I'm all about smoothie bowls in the summertime because they are an efficient way to get your daily fruit intake and are super refreshing. Even though mango is the base of this smoothie, coconut is the star of the show. We have coconut water and coconut granola in the mix! Today, I used Purely Elizabeth's Grain Free Coconut Cashew Granola. This is my all-time favorite granola, because the ingredients are all whole and nutritious. There aren't any processed sugars you need to worry about and it contains highly nutritious nuts and seeds your body needs on a daily basis. If you are also not a fan of protein powders, I made sure that this smoothie bowl has plenty of protein: from the chia seeds and the granola. So, if you want to make this delicious smoothie bowl, keep reading! The explanation is way longer than the recipe!
