This year I am unfortunately not having a large Thanksgiving get together, but I do have my parents and sister and that's what matters! We all know the importance of nourishment through food and that's why I made these Zaatar Pull Apart Muffins. This is how we're starting out our Thanksgiving day and I think you should too.
These muffins are the easiest breakfast you can make while prepping all the rest of your Thanksgiving foods. You only need 4 ingredients to make them and they take less than 10 minutes to make. Sure, they are not a traditional Thanksgiving food, but Thanksgiving is a day to come together and be grateful for what you have. I am grateful for food and the access I have to it. These muffins make me feel warm and cozy and that's the kind of food we should be eating this day.
You don't need to make these on just Thanksgiving day - these make for a delicious meal preppable breakfast, a side dish to make if you're hosting a brunch, or as fun snacks for your friends or kids. It's up to you how to enjoy them, but I know you WILL. So, let's get to the recipe.
